How to make Chicken Momos at home recipe

Chicken momos are a popular avenue food in India, Nepal, and Tibet. They are a type of dumpling packed with ground bird and veggies, and are normally steamed or fried. Here is a simple recipe for making chicken momos at domestic:


Ingredients:


1 pound ground bird

1 cup chopped cabbage

half of cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped carrot

1/four cup chopped cilantro

2 tablespoons chopped garlic

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon salt

half teaspoon black pepper

30-forty momo wrappers

Instructions:
