How to make Chicken fried rice at home recipe

Chicken fried rice recipe 

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked rice (preferably chilled or leftover)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups cooked chook, chopped
1 cup frozen blended veggies (peas, carrots, corn)
three eggs, gently crushed
three tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (non-compulsory)
Salt and pepper to flavor
Instructions:

Heat a massive skillet or wok over medium-high warmness. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and swirl to coat the pan.

Add the chopped onions and garlic and cook for two-three minutes until softened and fragrant.

Add the cooked hen and frozen blended vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-four mins until the greens are gentle and the fowl is heated via.

Move the hen and vegetable aggregate to one side of the pan and upload the closing tablespoon of oil to the opposite side.

Pour the beaten eggs into the oil and scramble till they may be cooked through.

Add the chilled or leftover rice to the pan and stir-fry everything collectively for 2-3 mins until the rice is heated via.

Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using) to the pan and stir-fry for every other minute.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot and revel in!

Note: You can personalize this recipe by using adding other greens or meats of your desire. You also can modify the amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce in your taste.
