Ingredients:
Cauliflower: 1 medium-sized
All-purpose flour (Maida): 4 tablespoons
Cornflour: 4 tablespoons
Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Green chilli paste: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
Tomato ketchup: 1 tablespoon
Green onions: 2 finely chopped
Oil: For deep frying
For the sauce:
Oil: 2 tablespoons
Garlic: 1 tablespoon finely chopped
Ginger: 1 tablespoon finely chopped
Green chillies: 2 finely chopped
Green onions: 2 finely chopped
Capsicum (Green Bell Pepper): 1 finely chopped
Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
Tomato ketchup: 1 tablespoon
Chilli sauce: 1 tablespoon
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon
Cornflour: 1 tablespoon
Water: 1/2 cup
The cauliflower should be divided into tiny florets and well washed. Water is drained; it is set aside.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of green chilli paste, 1 teaspoon of ginger paste, 1 teaspoon of garlic paste, and 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour (Maida). All the components should be thoroughly combined.
Making a thick batter requires gradually adding water to the mixing bowl. Not too thick or too thin should be the batter's consistency. The cauliflower florets ought to be adequately coated.
In a deep skillet, heat the oil. Cauliflower florets are deep-fried until golden brown after being dipped in batter. After removing them from the oil, set them aside.
2 tablespoons of oil should be heated in a pan for the sauce. Include 2 finely chopped green chilies, 1 tablespoon each of finely minced garlic and ginger. Cook for one minute.
2 finely sliced green onions and 1 finely chopped red pepper should be added. For one more minute, fry.

Add 1/2 teaspoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoons of salt. Combine thoroughly.
One tablespoon of cornflour and 1/2 cup of water should be combined in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly, then pour into the pan.
The sauce needs to be cooked for one minute to thicken.
Add the fried florets of cauliflower in the pan and combine thoroughly with the sauce.
Serve hot with green onions that have been finely sliced as a garnish.
